I was offered a store credit which i’m also cool with but the issue is that ive written them back asking how to use the store credit but there’s been no reponse. The customer service with Nest is always top notch and quick so Im surprised at this."

"I received my order today and the wax was melted and the wicks were not usable. I have left voicemail messages and sent an email to customer service and have heard nothing. Very disappointing."
"I ordered this and the winter chai. Both candles are defective and wont burn properly, the wicks have all shifted making the burn uneven and a fire risk when lit. I take great care of my candles by triming the wicks and have never seen this happen before! Very disappointed in the quality of these Nest candles."
